Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

- grooming or attempting to groom a child for sexual purposes;

- sexualizing minors; and
- encouraging, facilitating or promoting any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
2. Adults only — 18+
Ohole is intended only for adults aged 18 years and older. Persons under 18 are not permitted to create or maintain an Ohole account. When Ohole becomes aware that an account belongs to a person under 18, appropriate action may include restricting and removing the account.
3. Reporting child-safety concerns
Ohole provides mechanisms for users to report profiles, posts, messages, live content and other behaviour that may violate these standards. Users should report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation, an underage account or other conduct that may endanger a child. Child-safety reports are treated as high-priority safety matters.
Users may also report child-safety concerns directly to the Ohole / On-delo Child Safety Team at [email protected].
4. Response to CSAM and CSAE
When Ohole obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAM or child sexual exploitation on its service, On-delo will take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, action may include removing or restricting access to prohibited content, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information where legally required, investigating reports, and reporting suspected illegal activity to competent law-enforcement or child-protection authorities where required by law.
Ohole may permanently terminate accounts involved in CSAE or CSAM. On-delo will cooperate with competent authorities when legally required.
5. User safety and moderation
Ohole provides reporting and blocking functionality to help users protect themselves and report inappropriate conduct. Reports may be reviewed and enforcement action taken according to the nature and severity of the violation.
6. Compliance with child-safety laws
On-delo is committed to operating Ohole in compliance with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. We maintain processes for addressing reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation and for making reports to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.
