Why On-delo exists
Good technology does not need to be complicated. On-delo was created around a simple idea: identify a genuine need, understand the people behind it, and build a digital experience that makes something easier, more accessible or more meaningful.
Our work spans mobile applications, web platforms and emerging digital services. We are especially interested in products that improve connection, learning, access to services and everyday productivity in Namibia and beyond.

Founder
On-delo was founded by Polykarp Naimhwaka, a Namibian educator, technology practitioner and product builder with experience in ICT, vocational education and community development. On-delo brings those interests together through practical digital products designed for real-world use.
Our direction
Our ambition is to build trusted digital products from Namibia that can serve users locally, across Africa and internationally. We are developing a growing product portfolio while maintaining a strong emphasis on responsible design, accessibility, privacy and continuous improvement.
